Routine isddvlen

Description

This function computes and returns the last dimension vlen of the virt array for a certain block. It also initializes the vstart values in the subfaces array. The virt array of a sub domain is dimensioned as followes

double precision virt(1:ndegfd, 1:ntimlv, 1:vlen)
