The aim of this document is to explain the standards to use when describing routines and datastructures in latex. These standards are based on providing simultenously a paper documentation and a hypertext one.
Specifically, in a hypertext version, we do not want to see section
numbers but underlined hyperlinks to sections. In addition, we
want to use hyperlinks to other hypertext documents in a straightforward
manner.
These goals can be achieved through the isnas
and html
style files. The isnas
style provides an interface to the
html
style file which comes with latex2html.
