Multi-block messages from node to host

A multi-block message from node to host consists of a number of sub messages for all the internal sub faces of the local blocks. Each of those sub messages is of the form:

The informative part consists of information on where the data part is coming from:
iblock
block number
iface
face number
isubface
subface number
itrans
type of transported quantity
ilev
time level of multi-block transport

The data part consists of the multi-block sub message array smsg. Since the number of these sub messages is a nuisance to compute and store, we use a sentinel. The last of these sub messages consists of only an informative part with iblock = 0.
